Semester Exam
There will be semester exams given at the end of each semester. Keeping all graded materials will aid in preparation for the exam.
FAQ:
Can I chew gum in class? No! Why not? Check out the area on the bottom of the tables 
What are the rules for using the bathroom? Students must have their Agenda to request a pass to leave the classroom. 3 passes are permitted per quarter. Plan accordingly!
Can I use a pen for class? Absolutely, but please make sure it is in a color that is easy to read. No neon ink 
Do you give extra credit? Extra credit opportunities are not provided on an individual basis, but will be occasionally made available to the entire class.
What will we study? A LOT!! We will start with the Nature of science (fun!!) and then go to Cells 1st Qtr). From cells we will move to heredity/DNA (yay!!) (2nd Qtr). During the 3rd Qtr we will discuss Diversity, Evolution and the Interdependence of living things. Finally, the 4th Qtr will bring us to Energy Transformation and Human Body Systems.
