1. Week 1: Vocabulary and Roots
Objective: students each week will have 10 vocabulary words and five Greek/Latin preparing for Standardized Testing (ISAT, ACT, PSAT, SAT etc.)

2. Nullify

4. Objective

5. Bigot
Definition: a person who is utterly intolerant of any differing creed, belief, or opinion. Use it in a sentence

6. Obliterate
Definition: to remove or destroy all traces of; do away with; destroy completely. Use it in a sentence

7. Narrative
Definition: a story or account of events, experiences, or the like, whether true or fictitious. Use it in a sentence

8. Sophomore
Definition: a person or group in the second year of any endeavor Use it in a sentence

9. Merit
Definition: something that deserves or justifies a reward or commendation; a commendable quality, act, etc. Use it in a sentence

10. Pertain
Definition: to have reference or relation; relate; to belong properly or fittingly Use it in a sentence

11. Empathy
