Roadway improvements with asphalt pavement, curb & gutter, and 5’ sidewalk & ’ side-path with storm sewer, which will eliminate most ditches
Roadway widening from 2-lanes to 3-lanes (2 thru lanes with a turning lane)
Pedestrian crossing with flasher to be installed at 6th & Westchester Rd.
Pedestrian crossing installed at Chalet Apartments with bus stops
Trafficway improvement funded by a General Obligation Bond issue
Utility relocation beginning in the Spring of 2017
