1 Freshman Advisement Meeting

2 Agenda Update from LIM SAC Review Petition and Registration Schedule
Course Plans Advising odds and ends Graduate Advisement – Ann Nolte Professional Development Next Policy and Promotions Committee meeting From Carol They can just show up-there is always free bagels, fruit, coffee, tea-they are always kept to the hour (8-9) and are a terrific way to stay up on the field, not to mention do some possible networking.  It's within walking distance and the auditorium is in the basement on the ER side, but I've parked in the parking garage and walked through the hospital with lots of folks willing to direct me. A couple of years ago, I walked the first year's up on a Friday morning so they could get a feel for this but didn't keep that up. :( “I would like to take the opportunity to remind every student that continuation in the program and final promotion to the medical college requires a minimum index of 3.50 (no rounding up) in both overall and math/science index (the math/science index includes only non-general education courses in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Math). In addition, the program requires that you continue to develop yourself beyond the classroom and to exhibit behavior befitting a future physician. ”
