Non-verbal Body Language Eye Contact Positioning/ Touch Gestures

Listening analytical- listening for specific information
directed- listening to answer specific questions attentive- listening for general information or overview exploratory- listening due to ones own interest appreciative- listening for pleasure courteous- listening as a result of feeling obligated passive- not listening in an attentive manner
