The organization is more transparent through the free flow of information between NFPA leadership, local association leadership and the membership Accomplishments – 2013 Creation of News You Can Use National Paralegal Reporter® articles Member feedback through interactive discussions facilitated by Region Directors Updated website with easier access and more user friendly

Annual Planning session – NFPA Spring Board Meeting devoted to discussion of Strategic Plan Status Reports at each NFPA Board Meeting SPC Committee held conference calls in 2013

2013 NFPA Membership Survey: the Results Are in!
54% decrease of respondents to 2013 NFPA Membership Survey (201 respondents – some did not respond to all questions) 70% of respondents provided ideas of what NFPA did well in 2013 70% of respondents provided opinions of what the top priority should be in 2014
