11. Talent Ready Utah Center
SB 131 created a Talent Ready Utah Center that will:
Provide coordination between education leaders and industry leaders 
Support alignment in meeting workforce needs
Facilitate development of work-based learning experiences

12. Talent Development and Retention
SB 104 created an opt-in incentive loan
Focuses on high demand workforce needs in 5 selected careers
Provides Loans for tuitions fees and books for full-time qualifying students
Allows 25% loan forgiveness for each year spent working in Utah in a related field
