Vodafone Red Executive is intended for SOHO customers only and not as an alternative to Sharer Plans.
Vodafone Red is a truly unlimited tariff however our general terms and conditions allow for:
Vodafone reserves the right to suspend or terminate connections where it identifies usage which it believes is:
(1) Outside normal commercial practice
(2) Made via automated means
(3) Damages or impairs our network
(4) Fraudulent, abusive, illegal or a nuisance
If we suspend or terminate connections in line with the above, we reserve the right to fully claw back any commission paid to Partners for that connection.
For GlobalTraveller there is a fair usage limit of 15Mb/day for each customer.
Max. 20 voice connections per account. Data cannot be shared between the connections.
Tariffs are available to new and renewing customers
Revenue share is paid as standard

Regulated Europe:
Making a call to UK or within euro Zone, sending Texts and using data the usage will be taken from the UK bundle allowance then charged these rates as OOB
In Europe Zone’s Vodafone will charge Customer for the call Customer makes in 1 second increments with a 30 second minimum call charge.
All calls Customer receive are charged per second.
In USA & Canada Vodafone will charge Customer for the call Customer makes and receives in 1 minute increments with a 1 minute minimum call charge.
In World Zones Vodafone will charge Customer for the call Customer makes in 1 minute increments with a 1 minute minimum call charge. For receiving calls, Vodafone will charge Customer in increments (depending on Customer’s price plan) with a minimum call charge.
Premium rate and satellite calls are excluded and additional charges (including network handling fees) may apply. If Vodafone is charged an admin fee from a foreign network operator for Customer to receive a text, Vodafone will pass this charge to Customer.

Vodafone Business Advance is our most flexible plan ever with 4G built in as standard, as it allows customers to mix and match between 4G devices, with their data pooled across the entire account. They can have 1 to 20, 000 connections on an account meaning it is ideal for large companies and smaller companies who are growing! There are no more complex handset limits either so it’s easy to add new connections and manage your customers’ needs. Oh, and let’s not forget it has unlimited UK calls and SMS – including calls to UK landlines starting 01, 02 and 03.

12. Business Advance Tariff
General
Any data allowance or usage increment relates to use of all or part of the specified amount. Charges are correct at time of print. Unless Customer is on a ‘4G Ready' or '4G' plan, upload data speed will be limited to 8Mbps and download data speed will be limited to 10Mbps.
Tariff Rules
Complete account must take Basic or Extra versions, no mixing. Once Basic or Extra is selected the customers can mix between traveller and non-traveller versions. Data pricing will be £5 per 1GB, Out of bundle charging for group is £12.77 per GB and is charged per GB increments. No 3G options are available. A minimum threshold of 1GB per user will apply to voice data users. Integrated Business Traveller roaming includes EU countries only thus excludes Rest of the World. The current £2.50 daily charge for Euro Zone will be zero rated and the £5 daily charge for World Zone will still be applicable.

13. Business Advance Tariff
We are introducing four versions of the core voice element available with different inclusive pooled data bundles and Mobile Broadband option:
Vodafone Business Advance Basic – Unlimited calls to UK mobiles and UK landlines (starting 01, 02, and 03) and standard UK text messages made, 2GB BT Open zone Wi-Fi. Starting at £22 per user per month.
Vodafone Business Advance Extra – Unlimited calls to UK mobiles and UK landlines (starting 01, 02, 03) and standard UK text messages made, 100 International minutes to Europe, USA & Canada (refer further down guide countries included), 300 Non Geographic 084x and 087x minutes and 5GB BT Open zone Wi-Fi. Starting from £26 per user per month.
Vodafone Business Basic MBB – 4GB Shared Data for £20 per user per month with 2GB BT Open zone Wi-Fi.
Vodafone Business Extra MBB – 4GB Shared Data for £20 per user per month with 5GB BT Open zone Wi-Fi.

UK Calls & Texts
Customer’s standard Charges for UK calls, texts and data are set out below. Customer has the option of choosing 100 MMS picture messages and/or 300 minutes to 084 and 087 numbers for Basic versions with Opt in Options (further detail on ‘Opt in Options’ below ).
Unlimited minutes and texts
Each voice Connection on Vodafone Business Advance price plan has unlimited calls to UK mobiles and UK landlines (starting 01, 02, 03) and standard UK text messages made or sent (as applicable) from and to the UK.
All other call and text types on the Vodafone Business Advance price plan shall be charged at the out of bundle rates set out in this Tariff Guide.
Calls made through the return call service via voic are not included in the Customer’s allowance and will be charged 37.5p (Minimum call charge of a minute and then charged per second) for returning calls made to Vodafone UK mobile standard UK landline (starting 01, 02 or 03), other UK mobile networks within the UK within the UK. All other calls using call service will be charged the Vodafone Business Advance Standard prices detailed in this guide.
Shared data
All Connections with a data allowance included in that Connection’s price plan on the Vodafone Business Advance price plan will share their UK data allowances, plus any Sharer optional internet packs, in a ‘data pool’. Connections on a ‘Voice only’ RED Vodafone Business Advance price plan (without an allocation of data) will not be able to use the data pool unless there are connections in the group with data pools. If a Connection on a ‘Voice only’ Vodafone Business Advance price plan uses data then the out of bundle rates detailed in this Tariff Guide shall apply per Connection. Connections on tariffs other than Business Advance will not be able to share data. Connections on a Vodafone Business Advance price plan without a data allowance will be able to access the data pool.

17. Business Advance Tariff
Customer must have a ‘Lead Connection’ among its ‘Member Connections’ on the Vodafone Business Advance price plan. The Lead Connection and the Member Connections on the Vodafone Business Advance price plan are called the ‘Group’.
The Lead Connection:
will incur all Monthly Recurring Charges incurred by the Group;
must be a ‘smartphone’.
If the Lead Connection is disconnected: (a) the last voice-enabled Member Connection in the Group will be assigned ‘Lead Connection’ status
Vodafone Business Traveller can be used with Vodafone Business Advance.
Vodafone Business Advance is not compatible with individual data bundles.
Euro Traveller or World Traveller can’t be used with Vodafone Business Advance.
Minimum of 5 connections and max of 20,000 Connections in a Group

Data Bundles
Data bundles can be added together (i.e. 1GB and 3GB added together will give a data bundle of 4GB). Customer cannot add two of the same bundles together (i.e. 1GB and 1GB). The data bundles can be used while roaming if opted in Business Traveller, this will only apply to countries/destinations in Business Traveller (refer to for more details).
The charges below will apply once Customer exceeds its included allowance, or where Customer’s allowance does not include any of the services listed above (out of bundle rates).

22. Business Advance Tariff
Using Business Traveller
Once opted in Customer’s voice-enabled Connections will be able to use Customer’s applicable UK price plan (minutes, texts and data): in the Europe Zone (see table below) for standard calls and texts to any Europe Zone destination and back to the UK only; and in the World Zone (see table below) for standard calls and texts to the destination the Connection is roaming in and back to the UK only.
The Europe Zone and the World Zone constitute the ‘Business Traveller Zone’ (see list below in Tariff Guide).
A daily per Connection Charge of £5.00 (excluding VAT) for the World Zone will be applied automatically to Customer’s bill each day a Connection uses its phone within the relevant Business Traveller Zone (both for calls and texts to numbers within and outside the Business
Traveller Zone and for data).
A daily per Connection Charge of £0.00(excluding VAT) for the Europe Zone when used with Traveller versions of Business Advance and £5.00 (excluding VAT) for the World Zone will be applied automatically to Customer’s bill each day a Connection uses its phone within the relevant Business Traveller Zone (both for calls and texts to numbers within and outside the Business Traveller Zone and for data).
Please note that the per Connection Charge is in addition to Customer’s per minute, per text and data Charges as set out in Customer’s applicable UK price plan.
For the Europe Zone, calls or texts to destinations outside of the UK and the Europe Zone will be charged at Vodafone’s international rates as set out in Customer’s price plan and the daily Charge will still apply. For the World Zone, calls or texts to countries outside of the UK and the country the Connection is roaming in will be charged at Vodafone’s international rates as set out in the Customer’s price plan and the daily Charge will still apply.
Customer can use international Add-ons with Business Traveller while making calls or sending texts outside the Business Traveller destination they are roaming in for the World Zone and in Europe for the Europe Zone unless Vodafone states otherwise. Customer shall also be able to use its standard price plans whilst in the Business Traveller Zone.
When Customer is travelling within the Business Traveller Zone, Customer’s allowance shall renew as usual each month.

23. Business Advance Tariff
Using Business Traveller
Where a Business Traveller Zone destination is a country which has more than one time zone, Vodafone will count a day as 00:00 to 23:59 local time of the capital city of the local country (as set out below). If a Connection travels to another destination in the Business Traveller Zone on the same day, the daily Charge shall apply once for the day on which that Connection uses its device, provided that the Connection does not cross into another charging day based on the local time of the capital city of the local country. Please note that Business Traveller applies to the whole of each Business Traveller Zone destination, the local time of the capital city of the local country is for calculation of the daily Charge only.
Please be aware Customer accepts that by opting in to Business Traveller it will be opting out of the 50 euro Rest of World monthly mobile data spend cap and any associated notifications whilst in the Business Traveller Zone. In the event that Customer subsequently opts out of Business Traveller,
Customer will automatically be opted back into the 50 euro Rest of World monthly mobile data spend cap and any associated notifications whilst in the Business Traveller Zone. (This will need manual intervention from the ISP to add/remove any caps and notifications in ISAAC)
Please note that any extras for voice-enabled Connections (apart from standard UK price plans and international Add-ons) are not available with Business Traveller. Please also note that by opting into Business Traveller, Customer will not be able to opt into EuroTraveller or WorldTraveller.
The following number, text and call types are not included in the Business Traveller price plan: premium rate, non-geographic and revenue share numbers, picture and video messages. These type of call will be charged at the standard roaming rates Customer acknowledges that opting into Business Traveller will automatically opt Customer out of any other Rest of World roaming offers or roaming bundles within the Business Traveller Zone including Vodafone Data Traveller. If Customer opts out of Business Traveller later the Rest of World roaming offers will resume. Will require manual intervention in ISAAC from the ISP
For Business Traveller price plans, the first 50kb of data use per day (measured 00:00 to local time of the capital city the call is made from) shall be free of charge, provided that the daily Charge has not already been incurred by making a call or sending a text.

Global Traveller can be added to Vodafone Red plans and Mobile Broadband plans (see Mobile Broadband for Compatibility).
A simple international price plan for Vodafone Business customers
Because you don’t have to wait until you’re in the office to answer s, you can respond quickly to new business opportunities and keep existing customers happy. Each day a customer uses their phone from within the Global Traveller Country – whether back to the UK or within the country they’re in, they pay a standard connection charge of £5.00 (ex VAT) per day and the rest of the call is charged at their published domestic rate. There’s no need to worry about preferred networks and they can even use inclusive minutes from their bundle.
For receiving calls – it’s just as simple. Customers pay a 0p (ex VAT) for each call answered within a Global Traveller Country for the rest of the world then all calls are charged at standard international rates. – so now customers can leave their phone on when they travel for business without the fear that goes with it.
