Some verbs in Spanish follow the same rules as the verb gustar.
When using gustar and verbs like gustar you need to use an indirect object pronoun. (Me, Te, Le, Nos, Os, Les)

Hacer Falta-to be necessary, to be lacking

Ar verbs- change ar to a (singular possession) and change ar to an (plural possession)
Er and Ir verbs- change ir and er to e (singular possession) and change ir and er to en (plural possession)
