18 INFORMATION IMPORTANT
Offer valid 12:01 a.m. ET Oct. 1, 2018, to 11:59 p.m. ET Nov. 30, 2018 (the “promotion period”). Offer valid in USA & Puerto Rico, Canada, Bermuda, Latin America, Europe, Eurasia, Middle East, UAE, Japan and Asia Pacific. Countries not included: South Korea. Members must be active and in good standing with the company to participate in the offer. PGV is cumulative. Starting rank is based on “paid as” rank during the promotional period. Existing members will be allowed to earn bonuses on the requalification of a rank. All PGV must be new and earned during the promotion period. Achievers earn only one bonus that corresponds to the highest rank achieved during the promotion period. For example, if a participant began the promotion paid as a Pearl Executive on Oct. 1, 2018, and achieved the rank of Ruby Director by Nov. 30, 2018, they would earn the corresponding $8,000 USD bonus. Eligible PGV is accrued through new sales from personally enrolled Distributors (excluding points from existing SmartDelivery orders.) However, points from monthly SmartDelivery orders exceeding the 60 CV monthly active requirement will count. All PGV from sales to Retail Customers and Jeunesse Preferred Customers counts. All sales must result from product purchases by bona fide end users, either to Customers or new Distributors. Any falsified activity that qualifies a Distributor for a promotion is considered bonus buying (aka “gaming”) and is not allowed. This activity will disqualify the Distributor from the promotion and is grounds for termination of their Distributorship. See the Jeunesse Policies & Procedures for further details.

19 PROMOTION RULES No more than 30% of the volume may come from any one line of sponsorship. Bonus, rank, and PGV adjustments will be made when product is returned or orders are cancelled, per section 7.5 of the Policies & Procedures. Personal Group Volume (PGV) is volume that is generated throughout your organization, excluding spillover volume created by your upline. For purposes of this promotion, also excluded from PGV is blocked volume. Blocked PGV is best described in the following example: If you are a Pearl Executive working toward achieving the rank of Sapphire Executive during the promotional period, and you have a personally sponsored Pearl Executive in your downline also working toward achieving the rank of Sapphire Executive during the promotion, you may count the PGV generated by your personally sponsored Pearl Executive until they achieve the rank of Sapphire Executive. All volume they generate after they reach Sapphire Executive is then excluded or “blocked” from inclusion in the promotion (the same holds true for the other ranks) Bonuses will be paid out in 4-6 weeks, once the promotion ends. Your “paid as” rank is the rank at which you are currently being paid by being active and meeting the requirements in the Financial Rewards Plan for that rank. Any temporary rank achieved by purchasing a product package is excluded. In this promotion your bonus is reduced by 50% if in any previous promotion you earned $6,000 USD or more when achieving the rank of Sapphire Executive or above.
