3. Important Dates - Seniors
Last Week of April (Anticipated)– Balfour will have Senior Items - FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE CASH!!!
April 29th– Senior Activity Day, Distribution of Tickets
May 2nd – 7:30 Request for Extra Graduation Tickets
May 9th – Awards Night (Formal Dress)
May 13th & 16th – Senior Exams
May 15th – 3:00
May 18th – Seniors to Elementary Schools for Celebrations
May 19th – Senior Breakfast
May 20th – 7:30!!!
Balfour --- Maybe During Lunch, definitely After School – Concessions THERE WILL BE A ONE CALL AND SENIORS WILL BE NOTIFIED.

ALL BALANCES DUE IN ORDER TO PICK UP ITEMS and final payment must be CASH ONLY!!
Try on cap and gown HERE in front of Balfour Representatives to make sure the sizes are correct
Gown – midway calf and Ankle
Sleeves – Midway of hand
DO NOT WASH GOWNS – LIGHT IRON OR STEAM

Graduation
Doors open at 6 … Seniors at 6 through back doors….everyone else through the front with ticket.
Other dates to note: Strawberry Festival – Wed, May Glasgow First Christian
Ice Cream Social – Wed, May 11 - Glasgow Baptist
***This is for all students, regardless of religious affiliation, they like to see the seniors.

4. Tickets
Each senior gets 12 General Admission Tickets – Friday, April 29th
May 2nd @ 7:30 – Request for EXTRA TICKETS – Samantha Smith in the BCHS front office.
For Handicap Tickets – Students must swap a General Admission ticket for a Handicap Ticket.
Suggested that you think about exchanging 2 so that someone can accompany the handicapped individual.
These are reserved bleacher seats.
Students can also ask other students if they have extra tickets.

5. Baccalaureate VOTE – BY A SHOW OF HANDS
Committee to Secure Adult Speakers affiliated with a church for Baccalaureate
3 Speakers, one for:
Invocation
Message
Benediction
Names due to Ms. Simmons by THURS. APRIL 14th
Full Name as they would like to be addressed.
Church name
Which Duty each person will perform
Message – less than 1 Hour
Names in 1 week – keep in constant contact.

6. Senior Breakfast
Thursday, May 19th – Trojan Academy 8:00
Approximately 270 Seniors and 25 Teachers & Administrators
Table Decorations – Committee
Center Pieces
Balloons, Ribbon, & Helium
Party Favors
Photo Booth/Section – Committee
Clean Up Committee – Immediately after Breakfast is over
Balloon Weights, Glass Bowls ---- last year they stuffed with tulle
NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER
Clean Up Committee – Tables Back to High School immediately for school lunches

7. Decorating for Breakfast
Wednesday, May 3:30
Decorate Tables – Centerpieces, Placemats, Glasses, Napkins, Party Favors, Balloons
Balloons and Ribbon ( ) – A BUNCH!!!
Photo Section/Booth
Cover Windows/Doors
Hang Paper Hats with Student Names

12. Senior Breakfast Thursday, May 19th @ 8:00 Arrive 7:15-7:30
Door Monitors – ADAMENT INDIVIDUALS!
Wait on students – take plates, take pictures for them, etc. (serve)
Balloon release – Go take pictures….BUT COME BACK TO HELP CLEAN UP!!!
Students are not to come in until 8
Students are not to leave the breakfast
Students will be seated and then tables will be told to go through the line.
Clean up decorations – box up items, take down boards, etc.
AFTER CLEAN UP, TABLES WILL HAVE TO BE MOVED BACK UP TO THE HIGH SCHOOL IN TIME FOR LUNCH…WE NEED HELP
