Project in brief Project objective: to promote sustainability of cultural heritage sites and to increase their attractiveness for visitors Implementation period: – Project activities include improvement of 4 manor parks in Eleja, Koknese, Rokiskis and Pakruojis, the development of 3 new tourist routes, trainings for 100 tourism professionals and 50 park maintainers, experience exchange visits to partners` territories and visits of foreign journalists Each partner will organize promotional event, like Orientation night and Kaleda festival, aimed at involving a wider audience To promote renewed parks, partners will participate in 2 tourism fairs – Balttour (in Rīga) and Vivatour (in Vilnius)

Expected results Increase in expected number of visits to supported sites as a result of elaboration and launch of 4 cultural heritage sites – manor parks – with improved management and exploitation competences and abilities visitors more in 2020 in comparision to 2016 (2016 – ; 2020 – )

Project Monitoring Committee (PMC)
PMC is composed of decision makers from each partner who are not involved in daily work of the project - Head of organization and field expert PMC will consist of appointed persons, one or two from each partner organization PMC (together with Project Implementation Group) will meet four times in project - Mo1 Jelgava, Mo 7 Pakruojiis, Mo 13 Koknese, Mo 23 Rokiskis PMC meetings will be organized at the same day and together with PRIG meetings

Supervision and strategic guidance
PMC tasks PMC main responsibilities: Overseeing the implementation of the project activities on a day-to-day basis. Organization of the consortium meetings (face-to-face and online meetings). Ensuring that project results are achieved and deliverables are prepared in due time. Implementation and management of contingency plan. Monitoring risks and implementing measures for their reduction. Supervision and strategic guidance

Project Implementation Group (PRIG)
Project Implementation Group (PRIG) composition and main tasks: LP is responsible for overall management, PP2 for organisation and provision of joint activities, PP4 – communication and coordination of joint trainings and visits in LT. PRIG is composed of the overall Project Manager (PM) and managers/coordinators at partner level.

PRIG TASKS Responsibility of PRIG:
preparing and submitting the progress and financial reports overseeing progress of the project according to the project work plan monitoring and discussing project costs and resource reallocation ensuring coordination of activities between partners within each component and between components Internal project monitoring proposing of budget reallocation and time schedule changes according to the needs of the project, if necessary.

Deadline for submission of partner report to financial control:

Financial flow Please plan the money flow for the project! Activity
Activity LP and project partners submit their reports to the FC FC verification and issuing of FC certificates LP prepares and submits the consolidated progress report or final report to the JS MA makes the 1st payment (70% of reported eligible costs) to the LP JS assesses the consolidated progress report or final report MA makes the 2nd payment of (30% of reported eligible costs) to the LP Deadline 2 weeks from the end of the reporting period 2 months after the partner report is submitted via eMS 2 weeks after the FC has issued FC certificates 2 weeks after the consolidated progress report or final report is received 3 months after the consolidated progress report or final report is received 2 weeks after the consolidated progress report or final report is approved by the JS Total max time passed since the end of the reporting period 2 weeks 2,5 months 3 months 3,5 months 6,5 months 7 months
