Established as the first women’s college in South Carolina, and one of the first in the country Accredited by Southern Association of Colleges and Schools 1928 First Graduate Program (MBA) 2012 Name changed to Limestone College 1898 Intercollegiate Athletics begin 1972 Virtual Campus established 1996 1881 Renamed Cooper-Limestone Institute 1903 Male commuter students admitted 1969 Fully Co-Educational 1976 Block Adult Education Program established 2005 Block and Virtual Campus combined as Extended Campus Program

Financial Savings Employees of partner corporations who are also full-time students in graduate or undergraduate programs may receive: UNDERGRADUATE GRADUATE $750 $400 Grant money each semester Grant money each semester 8hrs Hours per semester necessary to qualify as a full-time student. 12hrs Hours per semester necessary to qualify as a full-time student. NOTES: The Corporate Grant is not available for students receiving Military Tuition. The Corporate Grant program is valid for employees only – spouses or children may not receive the Corporate Grant.
