STRIVE FOR MENTAL ALERTNESS…
WHAT IS THAT??? Mentally alert...is an internal OR external awareness. It means being aware of ones own thoughts, feelings, CHALLENGES and how to deal with circumstances in a healthy manner. When a person is mentally alert, they may have a sense of "why" they, or someone else may have said or did something. They are able to reason and are more likely to set goals and overcome challenges

You think you have it all figured out and then….LIFE happens What are situations in life that bring about negative emotions?

What about self-esteem?? Self-esteem is how you feel about yourself
Not dealing with those emotions in a positive way can lead to low self esteem What are signs of low self-esteem? How can you boost self-esteem? Other people’s? your own?

Find the good in you! What is your self concept? (the way you see yourself) Choose 3 character traits and prove you have them. Then…pick your favorite one. play the sunset
