2. EDUSAVE AWARDS
Given by the government annually to Singaporean pupils to enhance educational opportunities and motivate pupils to excel in schools in academic and non-academic domains.
The three broad categories of Edusave Awards are:
(a) Excellence in Character and Values
Edusave Character Award (ECHA)
(b) Excellence in Non-Academic Achievements
Edusave Awards for Achievement, Good Leadership & Service (EAGLES)
(c) Excellence in Academic Achievements
Edusave Scholarship (ES)
Edusave Merit Bursary (EMB)
Edusave Good Progress Award (GPA)

5. Timeline for ECHA, EAGLES, ES & GPA
ECHA, EAGLES, ES and GPA notification letters will be sent to the awardees by post according to their official address by mid Dec 2017.

6. Timeline for EMB
EMB notification letters/ application forms will be sent to the EMB nominees by post according to their official address by end Nov 2017.
Pupils or parents will submit the EMB application forms to the community centres/ clubs nearer to their house, if their gross household income is below $6,000 (or per capita income of below $1,500) by early Dec 2017.
Successful EMB applicants will be notified by post one week before the awards presentation ceremony.

7. Edusave Awards Presentation
All awardees will receive award vouchers and certificates at the presentation ceremonies conducted by the community centres/clubs between Jan 2018 – Feb 2018.
