Ha-Ha-Ha-Ha (Place hand on chest) He-he-he-he (Feel your neck and the back of throat) Ho-ho-ho-ho (Place hand on belly) All three benefit different parts of your organs.

11 Different Laughing exercises
CLAP-BREATH-LAUGH Ho-Ho-Ho- Clap-Clap-Clap-Ha-Ha-Ha Laughter Car Wash Laughter Music Dance Break Triathlon Laugh (hahahaha-running, hahahahaah-swim moves, hahahaahaha-ride bike moves) De-stress laugh- Think of the stress- something that is bothering you- now clap three times, (count1-2-3) and then laugh it out by throwing it in the air laughing. Arpeggio- Laugh by singing the music scale by using ha-ha-ha-ha (do this 8 times)
