New Student Does not know his/her communication style Never used APA format for academic writing Well Adjusted Student Learns and practices various types of communication styles with slight hesitation due to old habits Begins to actively listen enhancing the ability to effectively communicate Graduate Understands and uses various types of communication styles (Second Nature) Actively listens and provides helpful and intuitive feedback
