Facts About The Bermuda Triangle
The Bermuda Triangle is in the western part of the North Atlantic It is an area that stretches from the tip of Miami over to the Bermuda Island and then over to Puerto Rico It covers about 500,000 square miles of the Atlantic Ocean The average depth of the area is 5,791 metres deep The Bermuda Triangle was first reported by Christopher Columbus

Theories There are loads of different theories that have been made over the years. Some of them are: Alien activity & UFO’s – the city of Atlantis was lost under the Bermuda Triangle People have experienced electronic fog in the triangle which some people say could be a Time Travel Tunnel Scientists have noticed hexagonal shaped clouds forming above the Bermuda Triangle

My Explanation for not finding Evidence
Whenever a plane or ship disappears in the triangle its debris cannot be found because the Gulf Stream runs through the triangle and it quickly gets rid of its debris The Gulf Stream (originated from the Gulf of Mexico) is a warm ocean current that is really strong and fast. It is strong enough to carry a plane or a ship and could sink them and that is why I think this could be the cause of some of the mysterious disapperences

A science news website produced the video below where the presenter Mindy Weisberger talks about the Bermuda Triangle

Conclusion Currently nobody can fully confirm which, if any, of these theories are the true cause of the disappearances relating to the Bermuda Triangle, and it still is a mystery to scientists today.
