Performance Appraisal – The Process and the Timelines

Activity Target Responsibility 1 Mail from to all employees about launch of Performance Planning and Review process, on People Point 10th March ’16 HR 2 Appraisee fills up self assessment & submits the form to the Appraiser 14th March ’16 Appraisee 3 Appraiser- Appraisee Discussion Appraiser conducts a review discussion with Appraisee and fills in the performance appraisal form 19th March ’16 Appraiser 4 Appraiser – Reviewer discussion and Final Rating Appraiser discusses performance of all his appraisees with reviewer. Based on the discussion, appraiser puts in the comments & final rating for each of his/her Appraisee Appraiser submits the performance appraisal forms for all his/her appraisees to the reviewer 23rd March ’16 5 Reviewer Reviewer reviews all the forms submitted by the appraisers, makes changes, if required and submits the forms with his remarks 29th March ’16 6 KRA SETTING Appraisee fills in the KRA sheet for the year on People Point Appraiser & Appraisee discuss the KRAs of the Appraisee Appraisee finalizes the KRAs and gets them approved from the appraiser Appraiser submits the final KRA sheet online, at People Point 30th March ’16 7 HR presents overall rating to UC team for their review and final approval. 11th April ’16 8 The final rating is recorded 15th April ’16 9 Dispatch of Letters to all employees 19th April ’16
