6. Pitfalls and problems?
Abstracting database use can be hard to assess, especially with platforms like Proquest
Communication is key to avoiding obvious blunders, as is responsiveness
Timing is tricky – need to get major serial renewal done by end of August, but some mid- year titles not impacted until 2017
Much of the data collation is still manual and mediated
