What we’re planning Two pronged approach:
Review what we already have, and keep only resources we demonstrably need Record all the data used for future reviews Push back on increases for resources we keep Publisher responses will be instructive

Pitfalls and problems? Abstracting database use can be hard to assess, especially with platforms like Proquest Communication is key to avoiding obvious blunders, as is responsiveness Timing is tricky – need to get major serial renewal done by end of August, but some mid- year titles not impacted until 2017 Much of the data collation is still manual and mediated
