ELA:  Analyze poetry for a central message, comparing and contrasting ideas across texts on similar topics. Sentences using spelling words and vocabulary words. Math: Complete math worksheets. Spelling Words: Good, Start, Wrong, Stop, Right, Happy, Bad, Small, Sad, Big High frequency words: review anything, arm, brother, beautiful, because, bus, behind, believe. Monday- Use spelling words 1-5 in a sentence, write 3 synonyms for 1-5 spelling words, read daily. Tuesday- Use spelling words 6-10 in a sentence, write 3 synonyms for 6-10 spelling words, read daily. Wednesday- Use vocabulary words 1-5 in a sentence, read daily. Thursday– use vocabulary words 6-10 in a sentence, read daily. Study for quiz. Vocabulary Words: Travel, Overcome, Marched, Whined, Abide, Battered, Cradled, Hurried, Soared, Throbbed English & Language Arts (ELA) Reading: “The Best Place”, Your World What are we learning as we read?
