Learning Engagement Cultural variation within and among departments and colleges National and international recognition Get a copy from your department or college. Journal publications, conference proceedings. Key words; impact and sustainability

Some details Departments will do the most thorough review of your scholarship Reviewers at higher levels will read the letters very carefully

Some suggestions Your promotion document Start it now
Think about letter writers Make sure colleagues know what you are doing Get involved professionally Chair sessions Organize workshops
