5 Processes Promotion document Your scholarly accomplishments Discovery
Learning Engagement Cultural variation within and among departments and colleges National and international recognition Get a copy from your department or college. Journal publications, conference proceedings. Key words; impact and sustainability

6 Some details Departments will do the most thorough review of your scholarship Reviewers at higher levels will read the letters very carefully

7 Some suggestions Your promotion document Start it now
Think about letter writers Make sure colleagues know what you are doing Get involved professionally Chair sessions Organize workshops
