10 Delivery Channels Delivery Channels
Definition: the first implementing partner that has implementing responsibility over the funds and is normally linked to the extending agency by a contract or other binding agreement, and is directly accountable to it CRS Code Channel Category 10000 Public Sector Institutions (government) - donor, recipient, third country governments 20000 NGOs and Civil Society - international, donor-based, developing country-based 30000 PPPs and Networks 40000 Multilateral Organizations - UN Agencies, EU, IMF, WB, WTO, RDB, others… 50000 Other - university, college or other teaching institution, research institute, etc. Each channel agency has five-digit channel code, for major INGOs, PPPs and multilateral organizations.
