4. Processing procedure of new table
Teamwork – 4 phases:
administrator → choosing the table, specification of translator, specialist and deadlines
translator (ESDS team member) → translation of title, subtitles and description
relevant specialist (production unit member - PUM) → checking of translation
administrator → checking → publication on website

5. In all phases automatic e-mails are being generated:
administrator → translator
translator → production unit member
production unit member → administrator
user administrator → server administrator
Whole procedure – about 3 weeks

29. Technical description
Two parts:
Saving Eurostat data and their translation (Czech equivalents already saved in database)
Created in Java, version 1.5
Using libraries java.net → downloading data in XML format → library org.xml.sax → translating + transforming into static HTML files
HTML files → stored using FTP transfer into web server directory → presentation on website (storage of data → database Oracle 10g)
Serves for the actual translation of texts
Created in PLSQL store procedure of Oracle 10g

Continual development to increase the user friendliness – both of administrators and final users of the database
Corrections of published tables – in preparation
Set up of new structure (main navigation tree)
