Reported last time: UCSB automated the OGP survey Much faster than the gantry! Frees gantry for fabrication. Macros provide comparisons Gantry calibration factors Now uploading OGP after-cure module surveys to DB FNAL will do the same Commercial high precision (< 1 μm) automated measuring machines (OGP) with pattern recognition at FNAL and UCSB Provides independent survey of modules

Macros compare the survey results to nominal values Each position on each plate treated individually. Allows module production on gantry all day. TOB Module Fortification for Transport
Final Fortification of TOB: Apply Sylgard to backside of module at sensor joints and joint at pitch adaptor FNAL Existing system at SiDet UCSB Purchased a small gantry with integrated glue dispenser Just arrived last week Have written a first program to run it and have managed to get it to talk to the glue dispenser
