Carrot Kielbasa Soup (Gluten Free) Abby Plumley
Recipe Ingredients: 4 – 5 Carrots 1 C Diced Kielbasa 2 C Whole Milk ¼ Diced Onions 4 Tbsp Gluten Free Flour 2 Tbsp Butter Fresh Chopped Parsley for Garnish. Salt & Pepper to taste. Preparation Method: Dice Carrots & Kielbasa on a bias Boil Carrots, Kielbasa & Onions together until carrots are tender, about 10 minutes and then drain and set aside. Reserve water. Add 2 C of Milk to so Sauce pan. Whisk in 4 Tbsp of Gluten Free Flour Add 2 Tbsp of Butter and continue to whisk Once thickened add Carrots, Kielbasa & Onions. Add reserved water to thin out the sauce desired consistency. Top with Fresh Parsley. Finish with salt & pepper to taste.
