Multiple accounts of Tax Evasion (he didn't pay his taxes and was constantly on the run)
Felony possession of illegal drugs. ( When police found him he had a healthy amount of drugs on him) (Possession of illegal substances)
Possession of a illegal fire arm as a felon (Currently in jail for 27 month deal) (Felons can not possess firearms)
Killing and Dismembering Morris Black (Acquitted for murder under sketchy self-defense and diagnosis of asbergers) (Sentenced to 3 years for tampering with evidence)

5. What's up with him
Simply put I believe that this is a case of physiological effects. I believe this for a number of reasons. Regardless if the Asperger diagnosis was merely a legal tactic to get a charge removed. He was diagnosed at a young age as a Schizophreniac. This was when the DSM wasn't too knowledgeable on the subject, but the diagnosis stands. He also is allegedly a pathological liar, claiming he saw his mother pushed from the top of their family home to her death at a young age. However this could also show a criminal gene perspective as the label come from Durst's father the alleged pusher in Durst's story.
So with this evidence and the lack there of otherwise it's a fair assumption that the actions of his are caused by a physical issue in his own brain. This could of course go hand in hand with psychological theories which brings up a number of questions about his life. With a shady and near record less past it is a difficult call on what theory best comes up in the case of Durst. However with a trial finally formed for the murder of Susan Berman back in 2000 set to begin this August. We can only hope more details on him and try and get a more solid theory on his mind.
