Candidate Screening Recruiter Screening: Recruiters will review candidates to ensure the candidates meet the basic qualifications Conduct Behavioral Interviews and Screen for basic skills Make recommendations for further screening by department Hiring Manager Interviews: Scheduled by Talent Acquisition team (TA) Ensure key people are involved in the process and candidate fits in with your lab personalities. Notes and ratings updated in MyCareer site

Offer Process TA will review and discuss the offer with the Hiring Manager and ensure it aligned with the role and internal equity Compensation will be brought in to discuss any offers that are above Mid-Point to ensure Internal equity Prior to offer being extended the recruiter will check references via SkillSurvey. TA will extend all offers with start dates aligned to Orientation Days (First Monday of a Pay Period)
