Cutting Lists
Your teacher or technician will need a cutting list to cut your materials. Use one similar to the one shown here.
CHECK your dimensions over and over!
DO NOT confuse mm with cm!
Add a drawing with notes to help.
Check your material once you have it back.
Remember to add the dimensions in mm
Refer to the part name
State the type of material
Remember to leave extra for cutting such as 5mm
Draw a dimensioned diagram it will really help
Add materials together for longer lengths
