2. ITCR Annual Meeting, May 23 - 24, 2018 Natcher Conference Center
Double Tree By Hilton Hotel Bethesda: 15 min walk to Natcher, shuttle is available. Breakfast is included in the room rate.
NIH Main Campus Security: Remember your ID, leave Hotel one hour before the meeting starts.
Natcher has a cafeteria and a small snack store. Coffee cart will be available during the breaks in the downstairs lobby. Bring 1$ bills!

The buffet price is $30 and includes one meal, drink, tax and tip per person. Please bring cash, if possible.

4. Talks Talks should highlight the scientific application of the tools
Do not include a demo in the presentation, we will have the extended poster/demo sessions each day.
It is critical to keep to time, we have a full agenda.
Submission of slides to Google Drive no later than COB Monday, May 21st.

5. Poster and Demonstration Sessions
Mid day, both days.
Posters session: table space will be available for all poster presenters, posters can stay up for the duration of the meeting.
Poster board size: 4’x 6’, horizontal.
Auditorium and Balcony C will be used for scheduled demonstrations.

6. ITCR Program Evaluation Activities
An independent evaluation is being performed in support of requesting renewal of the program
Thanks to everyone who has competed the Collaboration Survey. If you have been invited to complete one and haven’t yet, please do.

7. Training and Outreach Working Group (TOW)
Mary Goldman and Mike Ryan have served a 1-year term as chairs.
We are looking for one or more volunteers to step in as our next chair or co-chairs for this popular working group.
