Club Account Setup your Club Account
Create a New “Club” Member Account Click on “Member Login”, this will be changed to “Club Login” as the League publishes a new website late this summer Create a new account using a Club and a Password Select “Register Now” to: “Spring 2016 Teams” to register your teams for Spring You can delegate the entry of teams to your Coaches by providing them with the “Club Account” login All teams will be listed in one location All rosters can be updated in one location All fees will be seen on a single Club invoice

Club Account Using your Club Account - Register and Manage your Teams
Either the Club Registrar or the Team Coach can use the Club Account to enter teams with their Roster. Click Register Now and then Spring 2016Teams Coach or Registrar will enter the Team Information and Roster. Coach or Registrar entering Roster will electronically sign the roster Rosters can later be updated to add players that will be available on Game Day in the Club Account, click “Manage Roster”

Club Account Recommended Best Practices
Recommended “best practice” (Clubs can choose to create a different policy) Club Admin sends Coaches password for the season Coaches enter their own teams Club Admin changes password after a specific date Player changes then go through Club Admin during the season Club Admin sends Coaches new password for the next season Passwords can be changed by Club Admin When a Coach will be parting ways with a Club – always change the password prior to making the change League Director has ability to lock an account and reissue passwords
