Constructivist Theory
People experiencing and reflecting on new things and therefore constructing their own knowledge and understanding of the world. Many ideas children have are never taught. Ability to solve problems on the go through knowledge and understanding past problems. Learning through real life situations.

Constructivism in a Classroom
How might the Constructivist Theory look in a HPE (Health and Physical Education) classroom? After you have completed the activities, go back to your group and discuss the following: How did it make you feel? Did you feel you learnt something? How might this be transferrable to your faculty? Teaching in a classroom with lessons revolved around real world problem solving
