FBI met with its client to in June to discuss long-term outsourcing of cognitive data processing. A pilot project was successfully undertaken and completed in August to test our project specific software, systems and controls. The processing project was approved by the client in September and expanded to include the audit of the processed information in January of the following year. The system FBI developed consistently processed over 100,000 fields of information per day. Relationship Background

functionality for cognitive data entry. Built a custom three-tiered Visual Basic application for advanced validations and flexibility to adapt to client requirements. Designed and automated work roster to control work assignment and management. Designed on-line performance monitoring capability to improve and track performance. Technology

Minimum of 2 weeks of thorough training for ALL new employees. Periodic refresher courses for existing employees. Routine peer training exercises. On-line training through built-in training modules in our processing software.
