Investigation of the possibility of Net Metering contracts between five (5) TOEVs in the Prefecture of Fthiotida

2. The specific intervention in the five (5) TOEVs of the Prefecture of Fthiotida, as described above, includes:
The design and dimensioning of photovoltaic parks
The commission and turn key project of the above photovoltaic stations
The installation of a telemetry system, which will give data on the state of the PV stations
The operation - maintenance of photovoltaic systems and their repayment (through a Service Agreement)

3. Virtual net metering WW&E
In the case of Virtual net metering, the electricity generated by the photovoltaic system can be offset by the current consumed in a different meter. Thus, for example, the current from the photovoltaic to an agricultural land is offset by the consumption of the same farmer in his greenhouse. Instead, in the case of 'net metering', production and consumption must be made in the same meter.
Limits of power : the power of each photovoltaic plant may amount to up to 100% of the sum of the agreed power of the total of the offsets to be offset.
Right of integration have: public or private legal entities pursuing public or other public interest purposes of general or local scope; and the persons registered in the Register of Farmers and Agricultural Holdings of Law 3874/2010,

4. Terms and conditions for the installation of PV stations by self-producers using virtual net metering
The existence of an active permanent consumption in the self-producer’s ownership
All consumption benefits to be offset as well as the provision of the PV station must:
(a) be in the ownership of the self-producer (at the same VAT number)
(b) be represented by the same Provider
(c) be connected to the same voltage level
(d) be in the same Regional Unity
(e) not be engaged in other net metering
(f) especially for those registered in the Register of Farmers and Agricultural Holdings of Law 3874/2010, all the offsets to be offset are related to agricultural holdings
(g) The person concerned must own the site in which the photovoltaic plant is installed or have its lawful use, for at least as time as virtual net metering contract’s duration (eg through lease, free concession, etc.)
(h) The person concerned must have paid in full the electricity accounts of the Supplier
