Figure 5 | Genetic correlation between PSC and Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) has a lower genetic correlation with ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease (rG = 0.29 and rG = 0.04, respectively) than ulcerative colitis with Crohn's disease (rG = 0.56).
