Application Details Fill Station Feed Line from Trucks to On-Site Storage Tank Filled 2 to 3 times per week Temp = 75 to 85 F Pressure = 20 Psi or Less Underground Transport to Acid Building Continuous Feed: 1600 Gallons/day = 67 gallons/hour = 1.1 gallons/minute All Pipe Dual Contained Line Size: 2 – 4 Depending on facility Temp = 75 to 85 F Pressure = Gravity Feed to 30 psi Acid Building Increase pressure to 50 to 110 psi Line Size = ½ – 2 Temperature = 85 F Dual Contained leaving Acid Building up to Injection Well Injection Well Pressure = 50 to 110 psi Water line is at 50 to 75 psi Temperature is normally 85 F Temperature will spike to 180 F when acid injection stops.
