5 Mission The purpose of this running event is to help support children and their families by raising donations to pay for expenses, to fund research and the care of children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases.

12 Money Procedures What to do with donations? How to make a deposit?
Turn cash/checks in to Dominic/Jack or any committee member Donations given through the online fundraising site will automatically be credited towards your fundraising. How to make a deposit? Once the donations are turned in, the run coordinators will make the deposits and each runner will be credited. Jack, Dominic, and Brandon record all donations of $250 or more so there is no need to record that

13 Run Format How does the run work? Relay-style
Run is divided into 20 legs (1 to 2.4 miles) Can run as many or few as you want Most legs are at 11:00 – 11:30 pace Two legs are fast legs at 8:30 pace Caravan Order Police Escort Runners Chase Vehicle Fast as the slowest runner!

Parking available at Washington High School west lot Transportation home from Civic Center will be available. More info on this at the mandatory meetings Food and Drink Water and Gatorade is supplied Subway sandwiches will be available for each runner Bananas and Chex mix will be inside each vehicle
