2 Why are the most privileged kids in the country the most depressed and anxious?

3 These teens are unhappy, lacking basic skills, have an over-dependence on others, and are constantly bored

4 Successful on the outside and incredibly fragile on the inside

5 Kids who are indulged, pressured, and micromanaged are EMPTY

6 In our attempt to keep up with cultural norms, we ring the last bit of performance out of our kids and schedule them within an inch of their lives

7 Parental intervention instead of support leads to an insufficient sense of Self

8 It’s far more than simply spoiling them

9 Authoritative Parenting
