1. GMG - How to RENEW Administratively Continued Permit

2. Log into CDX. Click on Signatory or Preparer

3. Select Organization from drop down menu Select Program Client ID from drop down menu Click “Proceed”

4. At the Home Screen, locate the Operator you want to Renew, verify that its Coverage Status is “Active Legacy” and click on the Action dropdown menu and select “Renew Operator”

5. Click “Continue”

6. Fill out fields with asterisk

7. Continue fill out fields with asterisk and click “Save and Certify”

8. Read Legal Statement and Click “Accept”

9. Enter CDX Password and answer Security Question then click “Sign”

10. Click “Close”

11. Verify that your Coverage Status is now “Active”

12. Once you’ve verified your Active status, click on your Operator’s name

13. Under the Structures Tab, locate your Admin continued Structure, use the Action button and click “Renew”

14. Click “Continue”

15. Fill out all fields with asterisk

16. At the bottom of form, make your selection and click “Next”

17. Click “Certify”

18. Either select Certifier or Click “Continue”

19. Read statement and click “Accept”

20. Enter CDX Password, answer Security question and click “Sign”

21. Verify that your Structure Coverage status is showing “Submitted”

22. After a moment, your Structure Coverage Status will change to “Active”
