Staff can become familiar with newer versions and keep on par with students as they can have multiple versions on their home device. When you install you can select “keep my current version”

6. Updating/ upgrades
Anglia Version of software created annually – July. All student facilities use same version of software. Staff offering is identical to student. Remember if you keep Work at Home version updated, this will get out of sync with the student experience. Students open and specialist are only updated in the summer, going forward this is likely going to be in January as well as the summer.
