After practice
ATHLETES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REENTER THE SCHOOL AFTER PRACTICE. STUDENTS SHOULD NOT BE IN THE LOBBY OF THE SCHOOL NEAR THE MAIN OFFICE.

8. Lettering Requirements
(You must meet all practice & meet attendance requirements to receive a letter).
TO EARN A VARSITY LETTER:
1. Meet one of the lettering requirements listed in the chart at the bottom of this page.
2. Compete in track for 3 or more years & have competed in and finished all but 2 meets in which you were eligible each year.
3. Participate in the Varsity County or Varsity Region Meet.
4. Score in the JV County Meet – Individual or Relay.
5. Score in the JV Region Meet – Individual or Relay.
EARN A LETTER & A PLAQUE:
Place in the top 4 at the JV County Meet – Individual or Relay.
Score at the Varsity County Meet – Individual or Relay.
Score at the Varsity Region Meet – Individual or Relay.
Place in the top 4 overall in your individual event at JV Region.
Place in the top 2 overall in your relay at JV Region.
EARN A LETTER & A REALLY BIG PLAQUE:
Place in the top 4 at the Varsity County Meet – Individual or Relay.
Place in the top 4 at the Varsity Region Meet – Individual or Relay.
Break into the top 10 list in your event or relay or improve your top 10 mark. Break a class record.

Our dues this year are $145. We really need all athletes to pay dues in order to fund the team. The dues help cover coaching staff, equipment, meet fees, and the banquet.
Athletes must pay booster dues before I order any gear for them.

Everyone is required to be in the team picture.
Individual packages will be available for purchase.
20% of the picture sales come back to the program!

14. Parent Volunteers
For each home meet, we need 8 parent volunteers to man the gates and collect entry fees.
We will have two shifts with two people per shift.
