Objective of the Program
Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering has opened under the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences (FAHS) with an aim to: Provide skilled and educated manpower in the area to cater the need of the ever expanding /fast growing food processing industries of Bangladesh. To make them understand the nutritional aspects by health developments of proper SOP, which may help to inoculate the scientific view regarding dietary habits for population.
