This session will explore how we can use adult learning and gamification theory to attract more people into using and adopting improvement techniques. Or make a serious subject more fun…
Quality Improvement is full of different fun and interactive games to increase participation and staff engagement. From Mr Potato Head’s to the Peanut Butter & Jam game, there are a whole host of different techniques you can deploy to get more people using improvement science methodology.
This session will aim to;
Raise awareness of different tactics, methods and strategies we can deploy to increase involvement in quality improvement
Gain tips and advice from Q members in how to facilitate large and small groups
Take away a free QI Game Guide produced by the National Quality Centre, New York
