3. Environmental Concerns
Batteries
We use disposable alkaline D-cell batteries
Leak potassium hydroxide – causes irritation when in contact with skin or eyes.
Some locations allow alkaline batteries to be disposed of with domestic waste, but still not environmentally friendly.
Many cell phone companies accept used batteries for recycling.
Gun housing made from non-recyclable plastic.
