1.You must each work on one garment from
beginning to the end of the production, including
decoration.
2. You must make every item individual.
3. Unit sale price will be higher the higher quality
the piece of work is, and the more individual they
are.
4. I will expect a higher quality of product for my money!
5. Your budget is open – you have to speculate to
accumulate!

Batch production:
1.Products must be made in batches by colour or design, in batches of 10, after each 10 a colour or design change must happen.
2. Parts of the work can be broken down so people can have different areas of responsibility.
3. The sale price will be £10 per batch of 10. Nothing will be paid for part batches.

Cell Production:
You must work in pairs and break the task into smaller parts, work in pairs to be supportive of the section of the task you have to complete.

Your sale cost is £0.75 per unit.

You have to break the task down so that each person in the group does a section of the work, no cheating everyone must do one part.
