5. YES NM Status Summary
Deloitte has cooperated to provide develop, test, and UAT environments that the State of New Mexico could not provide as per the schedule.
HP servers are the major delay. These servers have not been promised by HP until June 2. All other hardware and software has been received.
Production will now not be ready until mid-July
There will be no production run-in time remaining on the HSD/Deloitte contract.

6. Business Intelligence
The feasibility test has been extended to include testing some tools for real-time access to the VSAM files and incremental, partial download of VSAM records.
One contracts will be submitted by the May 27th deadline at ASD for the remaining work to be started in SFY 2009 and completed in SFY 2010.

7. Imaging\EDMS
RFP Pre-bid conference was attended by over 40 firms Tuesday April 21, 2009.
Thirteen (13) firms responded
We will schedule the evaluation kickoff by the end of the week.
The evaluation timeframe will need to be extended.
