TOTAL BODY BLAST: A fun and challenging total body strength circuit class BURST CONDITIONING: A fun and challenging high intensity interval style cardiovascular conditioning class YOGA: A beginner to moderate level Yoga class designed to reduce stress, and build flexibility, and strength. SYNRGY CIRCUIT: Join us for a fun and efficient 30 minutes class that builds strength, stamina and burns fat. SPIN INTERVAL: A high energy class that combines the best of group cycling and strength training. CHISEL: A full body workout that uses strength and interval training to help you improve total body conditioning. FIT CAMP: An advanced small group training class designed to build strength, building muscle and burn fat.
