2. Online Login Page
This is the log in page where you will be asked to enter your user name and password.
If you have forgot your password you can use the ‘Forgot your password’ link.
The online helpdesk telephone number is displayed at login, if any assistance is required.

3. Frequent Trip

4. You are able to give your Frequent Trip a Name and this will then be saved for the next booking.
 Once you have confirmed a booking, you have the option to save this trip as a Frequent Trip

5. Frequent Trips can be stored, and you also have the option to create a New Frequent Trip.
Select My Frequent Trip from the Main User Menu, on the Personal Portal
You will then access a list of stored Frequent Trips.

6. You are able to create a New Frequent Trip.
Click on the New Frequent Trip.
Here you will enter in the Name of your New Frequent Trip along with the travel information.

7. A Frequent Trip can also be stored for a Hotel, and Car Hire reservation.
Once you have saved your frequent trip this can be access from the Frequent Trips menu, on the Personal Portal.
