What is Intergenerational Fairness
Intergenerational Fairness adopts the perspective of making decisions that will be fair (benefit or at least not damage) future generations IF is not about the needs of a particular age group in society but rather the future of society itself. Intergenerational Fairness requires that age groups across society learn from each other. It implies that I have as much to learn from my students as they do from me.
