4. Ring Patterns
You can change the way your phone rings with incoming calls, simply leave the handset on-hook then press the RING button. You will hear the first of eight ring patterns to hear the next ring press RING again. Once you have choosen the ring patter you like stop pressing the RING button and the phone will continue to ring two to three time with your ring pattern and then automatically select it.

5. How to put your call on hold
To put a call on hold press the Hold button then hang up.
To pick up a held call lift the receiver and the held party will be online.

6. How to transfer a call
With the caller online press the Transfer button.
You will hear dial tone.
Enter the number to the person they want to talk to and announce the call.
Press the transfer button again

7. Drop Feature
The Drop button is used with TRANSFER to clear a mistake in dialing.
If you make a mistake dialing Press Feature and then press the # sign
You will hear a new dial tone and you can try your call again, you will not be reconnected with the caller.

8. Call Forwarding
If you need to redirect your calls to another person in your office use call forwarding.
Lift your hand set and enter *2 then enter the extension number where the call is to be sent and hang up.
To cancel lift the handset and enter #2 then hang up.
Please remember to inform the person you are forwarding your calls to.

9. How to enable/disable cover
Cover is where you don’t want to be disturbed at the moment but want all your messages sent to Voice Mail
To enable cover press *3
To disable cover press #3

10. Speed dial programming
You have ten speed dial buttons that you can program.
The Speed Dial buttons use the Feature button and the numbers 2-9,0,* key are blank and can be programmed.
Once you have programmed the buttons, use the Feature button to access the speed dial.

11. To program your buttons
Lift the handset
Enter the program code *0
Press the feature button
Enter the number that you are programming (2-9,0*)
Press the # sign when done
Hang up if finished or repeat the steps to program more buttons.

12. To place a call from the Speed Dial
Lift the Handset
Press the Feature button
Enter the number you want (2-9,0,and the * key)
